SPIN CLASS
Spinning is a specific format of indoor cycling. It’s a cardio (aerobic) workout set to high tempo music and led by a RIPT certified instructor. Classes last for 60 minutes and is great for people who want a motivating workout that they can control at their own pace. Your expert instructor will execute a finely tuned balance between cardio and resistance work on the bikes and you’ll be spurred on by fellow classmate’s encouragement.

AEROBIC CLASS
Aerobic exercise is any physical activity that makes you sweat, causes you to breathe harder, and gets your heart beating faster than at rest. It strengthens your heart and lungs and trains your cardiovascular system to manage and deliver oxygen more quickly and efficiently throughout your body. Our Aerobic classes exercise targets your large muscle groups. Effective classes with easy to master choreographed routines, set to great music with a mixture of high and low impact moves. Some sessions include floor work for body sculpting.
